What size range to you cater for?
Generally we try stock for all sizes if the item is available in different sizing. Phoenix Boutique aims to be a store for everyone. As a general guide, we do our best to stock size 6-16 in most of our collections.
The Phoenix Collection, which has been our own creation is currently available in XS-XL in some Sweatshirts but in XS - XXXL in most of the range.
Do you stock accessories?
Not at the moment but watch this space!
Where do your collections come from?
Our buyers have been grounded with Covid unfortunately and have been unable to travel. This makes selecting and sourcing the perfect items even more tricky than usual. We try to have a variety of stock, to cater to everyone's needs. Our collections are sourced in France, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Pakistan and China currently but we are always looking for new places to source beautiful unique items.
Our very own Phoenix Collection has been designed at home in Ireland at Phoenix HQ. They are produced in Italy to the highest standard. The Phoenix Sweatshirt cannot be found anywhere else. Talk about exclusive!

What are your standard shipping costs and delivery times?
We are delighted to offer a worldwide shipping service for our customers.
These prices are to act as a guide only. We will always endeavour to seek and avail of the cheapest shipping option, or the most suitable option for you.
We are currently trying to use the Special Offer being ran by An Post which allows a large enveloped package to be sent for €6.00

Can I track my order?
This will depend on how you item is sent out to you. If a tracking number is available and applicable to your purchase then one will be provided by email when your order is shipped. Please note that all items sent with An Post at the standard rate have no tracking number. As this is standard Post unfortunately, once the item is posted, it is out of our control and we cannot trace the item. In the unlikely event that the item gets lost or goes missing during posting we accept no responsibility. For anyone who wishes to avail of registered post, there is the option to pay extra for An Post Track & Trace. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com for any further information.
Can I amend my order or change my delivery details?
We try to be as quick as possible at processing orders to make sure that you receive your purchase as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we might be unable to cancel it. However, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request and order number. Please note that we cannot change or amend the item ordered, once the order has been placed, as it affects our stock levels and can lead to incorrect inventory numbers.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes if we use registered post for your delivery. This will depend on the item(s) purchased and the method of delivery, as we will always try to avail of the cheapest shipping method to keep our prices down for our Phoenix customers. You do not need to sign for anything sent by standard post.
How do I return an item?
So you've purchased one of our products online but it isn't quite right. No panic, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your ordered goods. Just complete include your order form with your return.
Please note there are no refunds on sale/discounted items - exchange or credit note only.
The cost of returning any item for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange an item?
You can exchange any item for a different size or colour of the same item. If you would like a different item, you will need to contact us at email@example.com first, just to make sure we have what you are looking for in stock. We’ll be back in touch as soon as possible! (Just note that this may incur further delivery charges and unfortunately we can't be responsible for those.) Exchange items will not be sent out until the additional delivery charges have been paid for.
I have seen a product I love online but it’s out of stock!
Don't you just hate when that happens!! We try to keep our stock as exclusive as possible and unfortunately sometimes our popular styles sell out fast. However, always feel free to drop our Customer Care Team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if your item or style will be restocked soon or keep an eye if it pops up as a pre-order item to ensure you nab it next time round.
We hope to have a pre-order option on all items in the Phoenix Collection as we have the feeling they are going to be in demand!

Do you have a size guide?
PLEASE NOTE that the sizing of items may vary. A size guide or sizing reference point is generally included along with the description of each item but if you have any queries or doubts about which size to go for, feel free to reach out via email or on social media and one of the Phoenix Team will be more than happy to help.
